FLUISTIX FLX-STD supports standard open-loop hydraulic power unit configuration, schematic generation, calculation review, mark-up, project management and output-preparation workflows within the features made available to your account.

Engineering responsibility
FLUISTIX assists with generation and review. The user remains responsible for checking, approving and determining the suitability of calculations, schematics, component information and outputs before engineering, procurement, manufacture or construction use.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining password security and activities performed through your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another user's projects or subscription.
Trial and subscription
A valid payment method is required to start the seven-day trial. The card is not charged during the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, Stripe charges the full selected-term amount: AUD 179.00 monthly, AUD 1,933.20 annually, or AUD 3,436.80 every two years. Prices exclude taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout only where FLUISTIX has a supported tax registration; no tax is currently collected. Annual and two-year plans are prepaid in full, discounts do not combine, and subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled.
Cancellation and billing
Subscriptions can be managed through the secure Stripe Customer Portal linked from your FLUISTIX account. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund prepaid time. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Contact FLUISTIX promptly about billing questions or a payment you do not recognise.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe security controls, upload unlawful content or use FLUISTIX in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Availability and changes
FLUISTIX may update features, correct defects or adjust service operation as the product develops. Material subscription information is presented before purchase or renewal where applicable.
